This Cookie Policy explains how Neon Platypus uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and services.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and understand how you interact with the site.
2. Cookies We Use
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
stripe.csrf |
Strictly necessary | Stripe checkout security token (set by Stripe) | Session |
3. Cookies We Do NOT Use
We currently do not use:
- Analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels);
- Advertising or retargeting cookies;
- Third-party social media cookies;
- Cross-site tracking cookies.
If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent where required.
4. Third-Party Cookies
When you interact with Stripe Checkout or the Stripe Customer Portal, Stripe may set its own cookies in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not control Stripe's cookies.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually;
- Block third-party cookies;
- Block all cookies;
- Clear all cookies when you close the browser.
Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from using parts of the Service (e.g., the admin panel).
6. The WordPress Plugin
The StoreMage WordPress plugin does not set any cookies on your website or your visitors' browsers. It communicates with our API via server-side HTTP requests using your license key. No client-side tracking occurs through the plugin.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted. If we begin using analytics or marketing cookies, we will notify you and obtain consent where required by law.
